Groundnut Rub & Spice
Pinder, from Kikongo mpinda, was the Gullah word for peanut. A pinder patch was a peanut field. America called it a goober (also Kikongo, also nguba) and put it on a candy box. This blend puts it back where it belongs: peanut-forward, West African at the root, built to rub, to stew, and to tell a story worth setting on the table.
