Fleur de Sel Coastal Blend
The Acadians traced their roots to the French settlers of the La Rochelle coast, the salt marshes of the Atlantic, fleur de sel country. The fleur de sel in this blend is a direct line back: Île de Ré sea salt, hand-harvested from the same Atlantic marshes the original Acadians left behind. Simple and clean, it is a finishing salt blend built to let good ingredients speak. Use it on fish, oysters, vegetables, and anything deserving a pure salt finish.
Best for: grilled fish, oysters, mussels, steamed shellfish, buttered potatoes, roasted vegetables
A little goes a long way, start with a pinch.
