Mississippi Comeback Seasoning

Comeback Sauce is Mississippi's contribution to the condiment canon, a Jackson original, invented at Greek-owned diners in the 1930s and now as Mississippian as the Delta itself. It begins with mayonnaise and gets complicated from there: mustard, Worcestershire, paprika, garlic, the slow build of a sauce designed to make you come back for more. This is that flavor translated into a dry blend, all the complexity, none of the mayo. Use it as a rub on chicken, catfish, and fries, or stir into aioli for the full effect.

Best for: mayo or sour cream dip, fries, shrimp, wings, burgers, po'boys, onion rings
